Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return:

Computers / Products / Parts / Components purchase through our online website, if arrived in damaged condition or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 10 days.

Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel the order within 24 hours from the time of online submission of order. Orders cannot be cancelled if the order have already been processed for shipping and delivery.

Refund:

Any refunds due to returned damaged product or cancellation of order will be processed as soon as the product is received at our office. All refunds will be processed as per the timeline of the bank that processed the payments. The refund process will be communicated to the customer electronically.
